No. Starter is a free plan for the host to sign up and explore the platform. You are not paid for Starter. Once they pay for a plan or an add-on, 30% of that payment lands in your account — that sale is your referral. Your referral stays open for 6 months after they sign up, as long as the property was started. Property setup and listing setup must be done within the first 30 days of signing up.
You earn 30% of every paid plan and every paid add-on the host buys within 6 months of your referral, once the property was started. Starter is free, so it pays nothing until they pay. Commission is confirmed once the plan's cancellation window (15–30 days) closes, then reaches your UPI within 48 hours. If the payment is refunded, that sale pays nothing.
No. 30% is a one-time cut of the standard payment-page price, for the first 6 months — two quarterly invoices, or six monthly invoices — not a share of every renewal after that. If the close discount is 25% or less, you get the entire 30%. A bigger discount pays the lower of ₹2,000 or 30% of the sale, whichever is lower. There's no limit on properties, so your income grows with every new sale.

No. The host signs up and adds their own photos and details — you just make the introduction. But if you've got a laptop and the host is happy to pay you to do it for them, nothing stops you. Agencies and freelancers who offer setup as a paid service should see the Partner Program.
