Unfortunately no — and here's why. A trial isn't really a trial for a system like ours. To actually use it, we need to set up authorisations, configure your listings, map your rates and inventory, and connect each OTA you're on. That process alone takes 24 to 48 hours. By the time everything is live and working properly, you're already set up — it's not a test run anymore, it's the real thing. We'd rather be honest about that than pretend a half-configured system represents what we actually offer. Sorry!
Yes — if something went completely wrong on our end, we will analyse the situation and process a refund within 7 working days. We're not going to hide behind a no-refund policy if the fault is genuinely ours. That's just not how we operate.
