Yes. Starter has no monthly fee. We earn a limited-time 2.5% commission on every booking completed through your website. No booking, no charge. You pay nothing upfront and no setup cost.
When a guest books through your property page and completes payment, 2.5% of that booking value is deducted before the remaining amount reaches you. For example, on a ₹5,000 booking, you receive ₹4,875. Everything is transparent — you can see the breakdown on every transaction.
Yes. Starter includes a free theme library and site personalization — adjust colors, contact details, your address, and content so the site feels fully yours.
On Starter, your property gets a Rukiye Zara subdomain you can share anywhere. Custom domain is available on Pro and Elite as a separate one-time add-on — paid plans also reduce or remove commission.
Payments run through trusted Indian gateways like Cashfree and Razorpay — we set up the infrastructure on Starter so you do not register your own gateway. Guests pay online at booking. Settlements follow the standard cycle to your registered bank account.
Absolutely. Your Rukiye Zara booking website works alongside any other platforms you are listed on. Starter uses iCal calendar sync to keep availability accurate. When you upgrade to Growth or above, the channel manager syncs in real time and prevents double bookings much more reliably.

Starter is not real-time and is not the most advanced integration — iCal sync can have a short delay at peak times. But to get started with your own live booking website, it is the best option. Once you have enough booking revenue and guests are booking through your site, explore Growth, Pro, and Elite — they include a channel manager that is more real-time and prevents double bookings in a much better way.
iCal is a reasonable starting point — it syncs basic availability but that is where it stops. It gives you no guest data, no booking details, and no rate control. It also has a sync delay, which means the same room can get booked twice before calendars update across platforms. A channel manager updates in real time, manages rates centrally, and tells you exactly who booked and from where. iCal is for getting started. Paid plans are for growing.
