We want to become a curated stay aggregator — something we have always dreamed of building. Right now that is a direction we are exploring, so listing criteria are a strict internal policy. It does not mean your stay or hospitality is not good enough; it only means it does not match the criteria we have at this point. If we ever open listing to all kinds of stays, you will be among the first to go up.
If you do not have a GST number, Rukiye Zara collects the applicable tax on the booking. If you have a GST number, we include GST in your payout — it is your responsibility to file GST for those reservations.
