3. Payment Terms

  • The Platform is not liable for issues arising from payment processing errors by third-party services.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policies

5. Use of Platform

6. Host and Guest Responsibilities

  • Hosts must ensure their properties meet the described standards and are safe for Guests.
  • Guests must adhere to property rules and respect the Host's property.
  • Damage to the property caused by Guests must be resolved directly with the Host.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Our Platform integrates third-party services for payment processing, analytics, and customer support.
  • By using the Platform, Users consent to the sharing of necessary data with third-party providers.
  • The Platform is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.
