3. Service Agreements for Hosts

  • Accurate Listings: Hosts must ensure that all property details, including descriptions, amenities, and pricing, are accurate and regularly updated.
  • Guest Communication: Hosts are required to respond promptly to Guest inquiries and provide clear instructions for check-in and check-out.
  • Adherence to Policies: Hosts must comply with the platform’s cancellation, refund, and damage policies.
  • Property Maintenance: Hosts are responsible for maintaining their properties in a safe and guest-ready condition.
  • Platform Use: Hosts agree not to direct Guests to book outside the platform to avoid service fees or platform policies.

4. General Terms
