Electricity Usage Policy
To encourage mindful AC/electricity usage, we collect a refundable electricity advance of ₹300 before check-in. Electricity is calculated at ₹11/unit as charged by the owner.
At checkout, we will calculate the actual usage and refund any balance amount. This is only to avoid overuse, as we have previously received very high electricity bills due to ACs being left on unnecessarily.
Please switch off ACs, geysers, and lights when not in use.
Self-check-in is available. Please submit IDs as required by government regulations prior to check-in.
